Hi Guys and Gals

who wants to meet up in melbourne and go to:

Gorgeous 2005 is Melbourne’s newest and most exciting fashion, entertainment and lifestyle event for contemporary young women. Over three exciting days, Gorgeous 2005 will fill Vodafone Arena to the rafters with the best and brightest in Australian fashion, the freshest in live music, DJ’s including John Course and Grant Smillie, Channel [V] broadcasts, street art, glorious giveaways and so much more!

Gorgeous 2005 will also include the Australian Designer Studio, showcasing over 40 of Australia’s best labels in the funkiest purpose-built retail store in town. interesting idea, but are we going to take photos or have own cameras taking away from us? or just enjoy the show?

It's a big event over 30 parades they can't police no photography. Anyway for backup I do some work for cream magazine a fashion mag I can say i shoot for them.
I am going there anyway for the experience, photos a bonus but i am sure it will be o.k

The "brightest" in Oz fashion? Sounds like a brownout looking for somewhere to happen. :)

Let's see, .... $25 for the privilege of going shopping for overpriced wisps of fabric barely stitched together and that will be good for just one wearing, if you're lucky.

front of house means public relations in the most wholemeal sort of way like 'greeters' at the door, I want to be free to roam around, anyway today talking to event organizers see if I can get a press pass

You can dress the models Greg, i will undress the models. :) (But not the male models, they can look after themselves unless one of the ladies of the forum wants to have a go.)
