Whale photo competition

Postby DebT on Thu Aug 06, 2009 3:04 pm

OK the winnings arn't enough to retire on but it would be a handy amount to win ..
I'll certainly be entering a couple of my whale photos and would be very surprised if we can't enter a few good shots with some of the glass amongst the group .. might make a good weekend / day trip

Don't suppose anyone has access to a beach house at Victa ??

FYI http://sawhalecentre.com/printsofwhales.html

Deb,

If only we were eighteen again, we could sleep on the beach 8)

What date do you have in mind for the Meet?

Let me know via PM, and I can add it to the Calendar on the Portal page.

HI Deb I have access to a shack at Haybough between Victor and Port Eliott
how about the weekend 29/30. Also for a wildcard the Strath Hunt Club is holding the last hunt of the year at Victor on the saturday .eg Horses red jackets and brass horns and lots of port.I have seen past pics of this hunt and it is spectacular with Kangaroo Island as a backdrop plus horses jumping etc--cheers Jim
