PotW 21.07.09

Each week, one of the moderators or administrators selects an image that, for whatever reason, catches their eye. Please feel free to add your comments here. Vigorous discussion of the images and techniques is welcome and encouraged. Criticism of any mod for their choice is not. PotW 21.07.09

Postby Glen on Tue Jul 21, 2009 7:09 am

This PotW is also the first post by member Mattyshea. An extremely close shot of his sisters cat, there is great tension in this image, combined of course with some interesting eyes, whiskers and teeth. Taken with a D40x and kit lens. Well done Matt

Very unusual image. It retains that ferral personality of certain cats. Well done!

Very fitting following the recent death of the actress who played
Mrs Slocum on Are You Being Served. "Would you like to see a picture of my pussy?"

Anyway, I really like this shot, congratulations Matty, first post and a PotW, well
done!!

Good choice Glen

Welcome Matty, and well done on POTW. I like the composition/angle of this shot...nicely executed (like all cats should be) :D :)

Great choice Glen.

Well done on POTW 1st PoP !

Those eyes make me scared ( the colour )

I tink I saw a puddy tat.

I think this one would gobble up Tweaty Bird very quickly ?
