New in version 1.07:

- Better image quality (I made new demosaicing algorithem, but it is slower. It is for those with faster computers.)

- Better color reproduction (I use custom curve found in NEF file. Only with New version of conversion)

- User can choose Sharpen level (only with New version of conversion)
- User can choose Saturation level (only with New version of conversion)
- Progress bar in Thumbnails window (when thumbnails are generated)
- 'Make new folder' button in 'Batch conversion' dialog and Move/Copy dialog

- fixed: Automatic rotatation (I hope now works) (You can still disable this feature)
