Awesome stuff as usual from you Alex, every image is stunning! :) Unfortunately a '4 images per thread' rule has been implemented since you last visited, so someone will probably change a few to links. Great to have you back, and looking forward to seeing more of your stuff!

Magnificent... You wouldn't happen to have some shots of Warwick Nowland from either Le Mans or Albacete would you.

Hi !

Thanks for yours comments !

The body are Nikon D2x and D2hs, the lenses are Nikon AFS 300 F/2.8 II and Nikon AFS II 600 F4.

Here is Nikon 300 + TC17.

Image

And the fullsize here : http://alex2k5.free.fr/2006/DSC_0069.jpg

Really, the TC17 and TC14 are very good with the 300mm.

One more Q... what did you use for fill in the contra lighting shots? An assistant with reflector or strong strobe?

Well that's quite impressive.... that shot of Bailiss is very well lit, considering the angle of the sun, I was thinking you may have used a Quantum or something.

Incredible photos. I am blown away. What is the wide lens you use?
Nikon D80, MB-D80, Nikon 50mm f/1.8, Nikon 17-55mm f/2.8, SB-800, Sigma 18-200 f/3.5-6.3
Various bits of borrowed/stolen glass/speedlights etc. - zero style or taste.
