Matt love number 1, looked great on camera and even better after your PPing (what did u do to get the affect ?). Considering the lighting in that shot, you've done awesome!
Out of the second two, #2 is stronger, number #3 seems a little lacking for me.

The PP'ing was pretty much just curves adjustments. I used a couple of masks, one around the front chair, the back right of the shot, and the foreground/right hand side. That's about it really. A few layers of curves and Roberts' your fathers brother. Matt
I agree with Craig, PP of #1 is great. Fantastic colour gives this a lot of interest.
I also really like #2, and it looks as if you've already done some saturation, but I'd be tempted to try and bring out the red bricks a bit more. Great patterns; nicely spotted. 
#3 isn't great for me. I have seen this done a few times before and I think the best ones have had more people/shadows in more interesting arrangements. Cheers,

Yeah, I took quite a few from up there and have loads of shots with loads of people in them. Haven't really looked at them yet but what I liked about this one was the diagonals and lack of people. Thank you for the comments Kris Matt

#1 is absolutely brilliant. Fantastic composition, wonderful colours and with a lovely warm glow to the shot (did you use a gel on the flash for this?). In such company the others pale, but I quite like #2. #3 doesn't grab me - not enough story to it I think and it just doesn't hold my attention. Peter

Nos 2 and 3 remind me of my own (failed) attempts from the same vantage point. You make the colour of the pavers work nicely.
No 1 is a ripper shot, visually extremely strong. It looks like those med students get a lot of hands-on home assignments?
