It was wet and slippery and I almost lived up to my alias a few times today. Thanks to Zeeke for showing the spot. So close and had no idea it was there.

Here are a few of mine.

Most of these are blendings of different exposures to try and get a better look to the water. AS usual comments would be most welcome.

Some great shots here, were you on a rock ledge ? To get the perspective in the last shot ? Tell me you weren't climbing a tree with your gear intow ?

Love the shot of the fungi!

some nice images here slider.

I like the first one, although there are 2 leaves there which seem way out of place colourwise. the yellowish ones.
I think it would be much nicer if they were toned down or removed.

I really like the 3rd one too
seems a tad over saturated to me also.
wonder if a perspective adjustment in photoshop couldnt get the water falling vertical?

I just printed a series of waterfalls and bumped the saturation up to what I thought was nice. It turned out that printed I preferred the saturation as shot.
did you boost saturation in the third?? just looks unnaturally coloured here
maybe it looked like that??

Thanks Steve,

For the 3rd shot I combined two images, one of which had the saturation bumped up a bit. I might have a play with correcting the perspective. Haven't done much of that but there's always a first time.

think it looks more natural with the water falling vertical.

I am on my notebook now but the sky and water look very hot.
the original you posted didnt have that.

Hey, picking is fine. I was only working with one image this time around and couldn't quite get the same balance. :D

was going to suggest a pano crop just like that but others have done so.

now, all you need to do is get rid of the hot water and you will have nailed it

you may be able to clone some of the water from the other image over the the top of where it is blown and you will have a real winner on your hands.
