Withdrawals bike shot![]() I'm having withdrawals no camera for 3 weeks and just had to post an old shot taken at Eastern Creek on a bke ride day. Jeff
Nice shot. Is that turn 5 from outside the track? Must have had a bit of reach on the lens from that far.
Maybe we could spot each other at a track day. Dopeler Effect: The tendency of stupid ideas to seem smarter when they come at you rapidly.
Jeff, I thought you been a bit quiet recently. You sure can make the Sigma sing mate. Nice colourful image, nice contrast and saturation, nice and sharp to. Was that using the TC? Incidentally I'm thinking of purchasing a 1.7 TC for the VR! To much money, might as well spend it when I can!
How long till your D70 comes back on line? 2x D700, 2x D2h, lenses, speedlights, studio, pelican cases, tripods, monopods, patridges, pear trees etc etc

Thanks guys
Skippy not sure where on the track the shot was taken but is was probably around turn 5. I find the track days good to practice and not to many people around,I will keep an eye out for you next time. Alan camera will be about another week, mine is 93 on the repair list.Maxwells have been very curtious but seem to have a very large number of repairs.Paulne I think is also keen for the camera to be returned the gloss of me being around all the time is wearing off. Shot was taken with the TC at 400. Would still like a longer lens not sure which one . Jeff
Jeff, this is bad mate i would go bonkers without my camera infact it would be like cutting off my right arm. It is true that i still sometime pick the camera up and play with it if i dont get to go out to take any pics as i know i have withdrawels. Anyhow loverly shot of the gixer and well it is all good and i love my sigma lens.
