Forum rules
Please note that image critiquing is a matter of give and take: if you post images for critique, and you then expect to receive criticism, then it is also reasonable, fair and appropriate that, in return, you post your critique of the images of other members here as a matter of courtesy. So please do offer your critique of the images of others; your opinion is important, and will help everyone here enjoy their visit to far greater extent.

Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature.

Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread.

Nice shot Shane.

I've been there a few times in the past but thought it had actually closed down a few years ago as a 4wd park/camping destination due to the owners divorcing. Obviously things have been sorted out and it continues as a going concern. I was always impressed with the main camping area and facilities there.

Is it my tired state of being or is this little sentence a little hard to make sense of? :)

Sorry Geoff; I thought it made sense.
Emu Creek was (and seems still is) a 4WD park and working farm/station/property. The 'going concern' to which I was referring is the 4WD and camping side of the business which was, in years gone by, an extremely lucrative money spinner for them. A couple of years ago, however, the husband and wife partnership split and the word went out that Emu Creek was to be sold and the 4WD park would be no more.

Hope this makes things more clear.
(Oh and don't let GregB see that rascally preposition hanging off the end of your question!!)

Very nice looking place. Good capture.

Is it my tired eyes or is there a LOT of CA going on between the sky and trees on the left hand side?
