Nice shot, I have to ask is it just a trick of perspective making the tree look that huge, or is it really a massive tree ? Judging by the leaf size I'd say its fairly close to the camera compared to your friends. Do you mind me asking where it was taken ?

I like it... Interesting play of the subjects, nicely framed and the unusual placement of the tripod caught my eye too...
Terrific color and great texture in the sky, photographers can make interesting subjects eh? Aka Andrew
