Nope held it perfectly still for 1.5s - it was a moving walkway! This was done at 13mm, ISO100 F11

Great photo Justin. Is that the walkway that goes to the car park in the Domain? You can take great photos standing beside someone with a long exposure too. You get a lovely panned shot while standing perfectly still
