Adelaide Night Meet Panos

As Big V said we had a great turn out for the Adelaide Night meet. Here are a couple of shots my mine:

I was frustrated to later discover that all my shots from Pinky Flat onwards were shot at &$#@! ISO 1600...

Nice series. I thing your first HDR was a winner. Some I have notice before seem quite unnatural but this one works well. The second shot with the fountain in the forground is good but I would love to see the same shot with the fountain painted with light by some means.

Thanks for sharing Daniel, you've also made me learn what HDR is and how it works (in the most basic sense you can achieve in one article at Luminous Landscape).

Is it an optical illusion or does the background seen through the two centre windows have a blue cast to it on the HDR image?

The others bring back memories of Adelaide though.

The fountain would have been more spectacular if it were a little higher with a light in it though in the second image.

I quite like the city skyline, but wonder how it would have looked with a little less foreground and a little more sky. I find the parklands a little dark, but love the light on the city.

The HDR looks good!!

It's a shame the water aerators aren't lit up.

Thanks Brett. This was my first try at HDR and I just chucked it into the tool and then did some very simple level changes.

There does appear to be a blue cast there. I think this might be due to the bright down-lights in combination with ISO 1600

Hi Nat. Yes on reflection I think that would have been better. So far I have been keeping the panos perfectly level. I'll have to try tilting them slightly.
