Mont Saint MichelI know it appeared on this forum a few times but cannot remember having seen this angle on this forum. Anyway, I thought I'd share.

Gerard,
That is beautiful. Could you try cropping a little off the bottom though? Remove obout 75% of the grass in the foreground, and see what you think. g.
Gary Stark Nikon, Canon, Bronica .... stuff The people who want English to be the official language of the United States are uncomfortable with their leaders being fluent in it - US Pres. Bartlet
I agree with both comments. I was limited in the reach as I was using the 28-70 ( could not take the 70-200 along on the plane because of weight restrictions
![]() Thanks, Gerard
There are 2 crops I think may make this shot look better.
First try would be a square crop - cut off the 2 ugly sheep (no offence intended to the sheep) on the right hand side, cut all on the left from just behind the sheep on the left and remove the the majority of the grass in the foreground. Second crop - and hey I like scenery this way sometimes - is a portrait crop. Cut the from the inner side of the sheep on the left and on the other side cut just inner side of the larger sheep in the foreground. Cheers, Mick ![]() ![]() ![]()
