Gaffa Tape is like the FORCE... it has a Light side, a Dark side and it holds the universe together
I had a similar thing once. I posted about it and it seems it has happened to quite a few people: http://www.dslrusers.net/viewtopic.php?t=15654&highlight=help
My images aren't there any more but you can see a similar image posted by Glen. I don't think it's anything to worry about unless it keeps happening on a regular basis, and then you may need to invest in a new card/card reader. Cheers Cheers,

Thanks Macka,
wasn't real worried, but thought some one might find it interesting Cheers ![]() D4, D700, plus glass from 14mm to 200mm

does there also happen to be two files of the identical name in a different folder?
i found that its usually either the last image in the first folder and the first image in the next folder that tends to have some kinda corruption- usually for me its half the image is black and the upper half is part of the picture. the other day i ended up with photos in three different folders- is this normal? (i didnt do anything to it.. apart from maybe leave the power on and randomly use the AF assist lamp to find the keys in my bag) -julz
This happens now and then in the studio with the P25 - we keep the files in a folder on the server in the hope that one day a client will ask for a "purpley pinky smudgey dark line-art impressionistic freaky arse" photo so we can sell them!!

And you can get these off camera??
I've spent hours and hours trying to get that look in photoshop... ![]()
well at least in photoshop you have the choice of the proper image or the err.. how do i put it? distorted image?
