The first pic is a scan of the original slide and with the second I have ruin it through Alien Skin Exposure filter in PS in the black and white mode using the special negative blue for IR contrast.

Yeah. I'd have tried it in the Konica IR filter and tweaked it a bit, but not bad.
I've become a big user of the Delta 100, TMAX 3200 and TRI-X 400 Pushed 2 Stops filters... but I also have some of my special tweaked settings I use too. I don't think you've gained a lot from the the IR conversion, but I don't mind it. Producer & Editor @ GadgetGuy.com.au

I'm not sure if the filter has improved the image or not. There seems to be too much contrast for my liking and it seems a bit over-sharpened. I much prefer the original scan.
