Washing's in pegs outWith not a lot of motivation, but enough to pick up the camera and not wanting to go out tonight...I played around with the pegs on the line. I kinda liked this. Be keen to hear some feedback, positive or negative:

Special Moments Photography Nikon D700, 50mm 1.4, 85mm 1.4, 70-200 2.8VR, SB800 & some simple studio stuff.
Ah, the 85...
Found myself doing the same, enjoying the DOF of 1.4. Reminds me of Matt.K 's blue peg we had at the Fred Hollows group of pictures. Love the smooth background, still well outlined, and the simple subject matter, with nice contrast to the back/dark background. nice ![]()
I actually like the way that we can see the damage on the clothes line adjacent to the pegs. It's there, it's obvious, but it's not a distraction from the image.
Great stuff. g.

i like the idea, i just find the central position pretty static to look at, maybe a less central crop or just a less central version.
Just an idea, but did you try one with a peg at the back in focus? God I want that lens!! Nikon D80, MB-D80, Nikon 50mm f/1.8, Nikon 17-55mm f/2.8, SB-800, Sigma 18-200 f/3.5-6.3
