If it wasn't for the obvious icons, you'd think it was Melbourne....then again it'd be a lot darker

Come follow the rabbit hole...
The last shot, with the showers over the right hand side, is awesome.

Two or three lights, any lens on a light-tight box are sufficient for the realisation of the most convincing image. Man Ray 1935. Our mug is smug
Hi Pat,
I agree with Patrick, the last shot is awesome. I'd like to see it with a tad more contrast? ![]() Geoff
Special Moments Photography Nikon D700, 50mm 1.4, 85mm 1.4, 70-200 2.8VR, SB800 & some simple studio stuff.
I actually had added more then change my mind and drew it back.. but compared to the other shots. it was a little flat (I've just calibrated my CRT (thanks stubbsy) for the first hour it looked very weird, but I'm .. getting used to it.. (I think)
Hahaha, I walked the last 20 minutes, in the rain.. in the end I was glad Katie mad me back the water proof jacket so I could protect all the gear.. however I got a nice cool shower ![]()
So after I left you guys still kicked on...... Damn.
Last shot is cool with the rain coming down, but I think I like the first one with the clear blue sky. What a nice day it was. Lucky I was home, showered and resting when it started to rain. Nice pics man ![]() Cheers,
Trieu 30D and TWO L's
Got back about 6pm, it rained but by time i got off the train, it stopped or at least for the while I walked home... ![]()
Craig,
good storyline of showing the weather through the day. Like the others, last one is my fav, just add a bit more contrast. I almost got caught in the rain when I went to meet my wife at Darling Harbour. It was the perfect excuse to sit down with Mr James Squire. To answer a question from another post, yes, I did have two hats ![]() Cheers, André Photography, as a powerful medium of expression and communications, offers an infinite variety of perception, interpretation and execution.
