Love the different shot of number 2, reminds me of someone elses shooting style...

Number three is a good capture.

Number 4 I like because it shows a level of isolation that you normally don't see in the V8's, I would have liked to see the sharpness continue a little further back towards the B pillar though.

Number 1 is a nice close up, but the blur is a bit distracting on this one. Colours are great though, the front of the car just jumps straight out at me!

Were these cropped at all?

1 and 4 are taken at 1/100... really just wanted to give a big sense of speed in these shots.

The front of the cars are sharp enough for me... but maybe i have just used too slow a shutter speed.

2 is cropped a little bit... and so is number 4.

The rest are pretty much just out of the camera. Just wanted something a little different this time.

Just outta interest, whose shooting style does number 2 remind you of?

Do you have MSN mate?

The reason for the crop question is I was wondering where you were standing to get such close looking shots (even with the 1.4 TC!).

Love your work though. Would be good for a group of us to get together, something like the BIMF would be great, specially for next year :D

Why wait till next year? Pump up, get here this year!

Nice shots. I really like number 1, I can appreciate what you did to get the image. I'm not a fan of the crop in number 2, it looks like you've PP croped the image, I like the shot, just not the crop.

I agree about the isolation in 4, nice indeed.

Great shots all round!

Bathurst International Motor Festival.

Held over Easter this year. Looks like a great event!

I wish I could get down this year, we've got visitors coming to spend Easter with us, I'd be shot if I went down there :) Mind you one of our visitors would happily join me ;)
