Abstract Modeling Images - Not for the faint hearted! Thanks for checking these out.........
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Cheers dan
I like 1 and 3.
I think one would be a better image if the left arm didn't appear so 'big', but I do like the hand partially blocking the body. Nice B&W also. Interesting pose in 3, I gather you picked the model spefically for these shots? The knees look funny in the fishnets. The other two are good images in their own right, but I was hoping for something more 'extreme' in them. 2x D700, 2x D2h, lenses, speedlights, studio, pelican cases, tripods, monopods, patridges, pear trees etc etc

that first one is great, theres a very nice dimension to it
and technically you pulled it off i would of liked to see the style in number 1 appied to the set
I like #1 out of this lot, but the b&w conversion could still be improved. You're getting there though Dan. There are a few techniques which I use generally.
1 of them is to convert to Lab colour, then split the channels and use the last channel and adjusting the curves and levels to suit. Should give it just that extra impact. Hassy, Leica, Nikon, iPhone
Come follow the rabbit hole...
Here are two more..... Thanks for the comments guys.....and for the tips on B & W.... ![]() ![]() Cheers dan
I like the second of the new set also Dan.
The first of the new suffers from the noise, making the model look like she has massive pores or something. IMHO. Number 2 is really nice though. 2x D700, 2x D2h, lenses, speedlights, studio, pelican cases, tripods, monopods, patridges, pear trees etc etc
