Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature. Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread. Please also ensure that you have a meaningful location included in your profile. Please refer to the FAQ for details of what "meaningful" is.

My favourite image from Canada/AK
This would have to be my favorite image from my recent winter trip to BC + AK.
This was taken during take off from a tiny icy airstrip in Cordova, Alaska on the way to Anchorage. Cordova is the northernmost year round ice free port in north America, and with just a few winter residents Alaskan Airlines has to land its 737 there as part of the essential services program... 18-70DX + D200  Last edited by MHD on Mon Apr 16, 2007 8:41 am, edited 1 time in total.

If you want "frontier", you should try and add a second wing, in the upper section of the image.
