What do you think? Is the pp too much?

#3 is very good. It'd be niceer if the "we buy" wasn't as burnt out by the light adjacent to it - perhaps that's where a bit more pp might be directed?

This is a very open carpark which can be used as a public thoroughfare so security is fairly loose.
