I think there is a little too much saturation and contrast in these which to my eyes makes them look artificial. I would tone both down slightly.
Otherwise, compositionally (if that is a word?) number one is good. I would be tempted to remove the seagull though.

For the first of these, please take a step bak in you sharpening; I think it's been over-sharpened. I think the colours are great, but I do prefer richness to pasty. ![]() g.

#1 is definitely a standout... I keep going back and forth on whether the seagull should be there or not. In the end, I reckon removing it turns it into more of a painting.... I like the saturation effect, and the advantage of the seagull is to keep a bit of it 'natural'
