New LensI was hoping to give my new lens, Siggy 10-20 - thanks Rooz, a bit of a try out this long weekend but with family commitments and lousy weather today I only managed a short play. Not the best lens for portraits but never the less I quite liked how this one turned out.

Re: New LensGeoff,
I like it. Perhaps consider cropping this square? Remove some of the bottom of the image, and see what you think. g.

Re: New Lens
I agree with cropping some off the bottom, but not a square crop, I think that would remove too much of the vignetting which will leave the photo a bit flat. __________

Re: New LensThis looks really good Geoff! I think it can loose a little from the bottom, but not too much!
Well done and congrats on the new acquisition!
Re: New LensLove the effect.. The image looks good the way it is.. you could clone out that liquid spill on the lower half..
Re: New Lens
I have tried several crops including a square, but prefer the image myself as presented with the space arond the subject. Fuji X-Pro1 | X-E1 | X-T1 | XF14 | XF23 | XF27 | XF35 | XF56 | XF60 | XF10-24 | XF18-55 | XF55-200 | MCEX-11

Re: New LensVery nice.... I like the way you've processed it
Re: New LensI think this composition works because of how the face is angled. It's very interesting and i hope to replicate it sometime
