Wowser Steve - this is one great shot - enough differential IR tones to make it a standout pic :D BTW - nice camera :wink:

Handheld @ 1/6s is fairly impressive!
The 89A is not a filter I'm familiar with: does it let in more or less visible light than a Wratten 89B? (I'm guessing more)

Nice composition, and as Chris has pointed out, the varying tones through the image provide lots of interest. What's with the darkening at the top of the building?

Terrific shot Steve, everything seems to gel in this shot. I bought an IR filter but believe it or not I still have not used it. Boy your shot makes me want to go out right now! :) Any tips for an IR newbie?

Put filter on front of the lens, open front door, walk out, turn camera on and shoot :lol:

That's because it IS cold :p Well it was yesterday...today was relatively warmer.

It was nice and sunny and quite warm the day i was there.

The darkening at the top of the main central building is caused by it not yet being completed and is missing the bright shiny bits seen below it.
