Craig

I agree with Steve on this. That first image is great. Was that taken with your cheapo teleconverter + the 10.5 fisheye?

That second pic of me is great, but remind me to remove the goofy hat first next time

The one of Genista is excellent too.

Stubbsy I resisted the urge to put any lens on my camera that didn't already below to me, other then that lovely Sigma Coke bottle lens.

The 'bubble' shot it actually the kit lens, and the 2.5 Tele convertor held upto it backwards, producing a kind of fish eye experience..

A few of the other shots were taken similarly but with the kit lens zoomed in a little further.

The budda is taken with half of my wide angle convertor (last week I found it comes apart.. :)) , it blurs everything nicely providing the 'Leigh affect'.

The only normal shot is Stubbsy and the two bricks, I mean you laptop, come PDA, come phone, come supertoy :) - You know we are all just jealous...

(I think I need to get a few (adapter rings..) so I can fiddle with the lens configurations some more..)

How cool is THAT?!? :)

So that's what you were mucking around with, using the teleconverter. That first one of the chicken, did you have to do any PP, or is it pretty much "off the shelf"?

That chicken fascinates me.

Here's a photo of Craig and his technique for most of these photos. I took this while trying out the IR filter for the 1st time. I'm not sure I have PPed the IR shot right, it's all new to me. :)

No PP done to any of mine.. just resize and sharpen... and dumped on the web...

I will have another flick thru my rejects.. to see what else comes out..

EDIT:

Here is a very rough version of the Wide angle and the IR filter.. and that's right Rudy the Rooster is back in the fray!

Long live Rudy the Rooster! :D

Reduce the shadows a little in the BW, and we can see Rudy more clearly. I love these experimental shots, great fun! :)
