You need a fisheye lens to capture it!
(d2x, 10.5mm nikkor, sb-80dx lsII... focus is totally wrong being at the roof... )

if you go to the original (LARGE) you can see the AF indicators on the viewfiner through the lens!

I have to admit THAT lens is an awesome toy. Bolted on a gimble to my balcony rail it would be a real weapon.

Definitely good fun to play with!

Though I felt a little queasy when I got home and looked up just how much the 200-400 costs!!!!

Good thing it wasn't sitting on a tripod when it got a bit gusty, I'd be rather uneasy to say the least! :)

I love that 10.5mm fisheye (whose lens was it, btw?). It must give, what, a 160' angle or something?

The fisheye belonged to Kevin (Mitedo).

Well, kudos to kevin for having such an interesting lens on the day :) I didn't even realise I wanted one before I had a look!

Wow, I think I just used up my work's entire bandwidth for the day downloading the 100% of that photo :D

I'm beginning to realise that. :) I was ready to be blissful in my ignorance and be happy with the kit lens for a while before gaining experience and branching out into lens buying frenzies...

Hey, is it just me, or have there been more photos OF the 200-400 than photos USING it? :D :D
