Windy evening

Haven't posted pics for a while as I've been too busy getting the new place ready :D Anyway, went for a ride after work today and noticed the storm rushing in so quick rushed home and grabbed the camera.

Two lessons from this evening:
1) Bring a jumper instead of taking photos in the blustery wind in t-shirt and shorts
2) Wipe lens/filter clean before attempting to take pics (spent a few minutes cloning out all the gunk that's accumulated on the filter )

Anyway, enough of the pre-amble here are the pics:

Not sure if it's too dark on the CRTs but on the LCD it's pretty bright :S (Note to self: must look for CRT)

Cheerio.

I like the painted effect caused by the blur you created of the last one Pirostitch. Nice image.
cheers

Nah I don't. Was a local lake in the SE suburbs :D Had NYE parties at Patterson's though a few years ago. Managed to grab some nice shots, but those were in jpeg and not raw so not much could be done :(

Thanks for the comments :D I like the swings, swing post and the last tree pic too.

I can sense the movement in the pics. The B&W rendition of the first image is very nice indeed. Well done. It was well worth going out in the wind.
