playing with clouds...we just had a nice storm come through... and i thought i'd play a little bit with cloud formations rather than setting up for storm shots. enjoy....
![]() ![]() ![]() C&C more than welcome ![]() cheers http://www.markcrossphotography.com - A camera, glass, and some light.
I keep expecting something evil to come out of the hole in the cloud in the first... Try using a USM value with really high radius (like 20-50) and a fairly low value (20-40%)... Can give skies an amazing, surreal look...
The second makes me think of a bush-fire scene ![]() The third makes me think of some sort of storm weather report with the grain... Sorry no critique, but great subject for play in PP ![]() Aka Andrew
yeh... i was expecting a spice worm to come out of the hole when i took the shot... was a very wild and quick storm. ![]() http://www.markcrossphotography.com - A camera, glass, and some light.
Too much Dune for you ![]() Like the shots + treatment you've given them. The second one does look like a bush-fire to me too ... Canon 20D and a bunch of lovely L glass and a 580EX. Benro tripod. Manfrotto monopod. Lowepro and Crumpler bags. And a pair of Sigma teleconverters, and some Kenko tubes. http://www.dionm.net/
