My Dad Part 1/?

While away I got to spent plenty of quality time with my Dad fishing and taking photos, I'd like to share with you a few shots of my dad and this is the first one... well ok this one isn't actually my dad it's his shadow.

Love it Craig - well spotted...
I'd be tempted to clone out that blemish on the wall just in front of his eyes... but otherwise superb...

Very nice shot Alpha. Makes you ask a lot of questions, like where is he going, is he a blindman with a cane, is he walking the dog. The longer i looked at it the more questions I began to ask, very nice, well done. POTW material!!!!

An interesting concept the shadow in itself, but the lines of the wall tend to take the my eyes from the main image constantly - your second shot, IMO, is far better than this one.

Thanks everyone for the feedback, I think I prefer my second shot a little more to this one... The 2nd took almost no PP work, this one was a little more fiddly.. I already cloned out a few distractions.. but..(good spot John) I missed the bit right infront of the shadow....
I was interested in Mal's response.. as I took the shot so knew it was a fishing rod... I didn't even assume people would wonder..because I knew... a great example of the image being in the eye of the beholder.
Chris - I did play with having the wall a lot softer.. and bringing out the shadow.. didn't really get the result so stuck with this more true to life version (and I agree the 2nd shot is better).
