Cattle EgretTaken at the limit of the 70-200VR and cropped. The egrets were nesting in droves (as can be seen from the breeding colours) but were very wary and took off quickly when approached. I like the lighting on this one.

John - I much prefer the 2nd one with the 80-400, the first one in my opinion lacks a little punch and could do with some curve enhancement perhaps? On my LCD it appears a little too dark. The 2nd one though - right on the money! Well done
