Raw skill - critique sought (D/H Warning)

Just started PP on my images from the Hunter Wine Weekend and discovered this testament to my exceptional photographic skills. I've conducted all necessary PP and think I've managed to get a fine balance of colours and sharpness in the image, but there's a little something about this image that's not quite right. So I'm turning to all you bright guys and gals for some assistance on perfecting this image. I recommend you click the image in order to see a large version and so appreciate the amazing level of detail in this fine image.

ANd please be brutal. I really need help with this one

Image PS - re: D/H warning. I'll give a hint. H is for head :D

Stubbsy - I played a bit with the levels, and unsharp mask, and think I fixed it :)

Ahhh - the dreaded backfocus, and a fine example of the problem. I think you need to send your camera in for service at earliest opportunity. While it's there, let me look after your other stuff - I'll make sure all the moving parts are kept moving properly so they don't seize up ;)
