I was on my way to a meeting in Boronia the other night and was running ahead of schedule so I stopped off at Koomba Park and had a little wander around.
I had with me a little PowerShot S70 (not mine though) which I was familiarising myself with. In fact it was the only camera I had with me so I decided to have a play, and this is one of the results.
It's a 1/4s exposure while rotating the camera (I had to take a few to get the centre of rotation in the right spot ).

Nice work, before I read you explanation I thought it was a filter, but to do this with a P&S takes a level of skill. The shot reminds me of the Cruiser ad with the guy bitten by a snake (I hope it's a cruiser ad).

Really interesting effect and simply done, well done... The dreamy, fairy feeling suits the scene well too so good choice of subject too...
