Today at the SEQ meet there were very little birds to take shots of... so i settled for a couple of golden orb spider shots. Don't have a dedicated macro lens yet so don't be too harsh C&C always welcome.

the concept. dimension and subtle colour variation of the 2nd one and last is just insane, that must really blow your screen in full res!

you are spot on.... in rull res theirs a rainbow full of colours all over the place... quite interesting the way the light hit it.

the excess of light works very well for you in shot 3 and the spiders shadow makes a strong effect in the last and 2nd

Wow Mark - great spider shots !!! I especially love the shadow that you've got from the spider onto the web, what a great vision !!!!! Was great to meet you - hope you didn't have any call outs after you left us, and got a good nights sleep?
