I think a few images per post is a better option.
allows for dialup users to not be driven nuts also

What your doing is fine for me. I've noticed a trend that if you post too many shots say over 8, you'll get less individual feedback and more just in general comments or only "I like number X". If you keep the shot number under eight you generally get a few more indepth posts providing feedback on more of the posts. (its only a general observation).
The other trend is when you actually choose to post, there are a few "dead zones" where if you post new material it sometimes gets missed or rarely looked at, being a primarily Aussie based forum this is mainly tied to timezones and the day of the week, sorry I've gone way off topic.

That was my thought too
I would have LOVED to be able to somehow get down on the beach below the official viewing area to get a lower perspective of these giants...
I somehow doubt I have enough money to get down there though... And I didn't bring my fake 'I'm Steve Parish' ID with me

never having been there, not sure how one actually gets down there
is there a locked path or stairs that you can somehow get a pass for, or do you need climbing gear and just do it??
or perhaps a case of climbing gear and permit??
hire a wocka ??
flap arms really, really fast?

If there were locked stairs then I'd have shots from down there
From what I could see you'd need either a helicopter or climbing gear and more than likely a permit.(I'd opt for the helicopter.... easier to get back up
)

how much time did you spend there the lighting in each shot is different looks like you were there on many ocassions

Out of a bunch of outstanding images, number 5 - Gibson's Step's - is an absolute ripper. I must get down there one day, as the photographic possibilities are obviously endless.

I went out 5 times in total.
2 sunsets and 3 sunrises. Also the light changed quite considerably as the sun rose/set.
The first shot in this series was taken after then sun had set (9:04pm... the exif shows 8:04. Forgot to change it for Daylight Savings didn't I?).

Great shots I like the 3rd shot having that misty effect..
