I like the B&W one... seems a bit noisy in the lower half though - or is that stubble??? :lol:

Nice event shots, but I agree the Black & White shot seems fairly grainy, was that PP in, or a result of high ISO ?

The graininess is due to 1600 ISO

Fair enough :) Did you shoot all the shots at ISO 1600 ?

They were all shot at 1600ISO but I think the B&W conversion may have made it stand out more

Great shots, Rod. I think the graininess adds to the effect, and the tight composition certainly leaves no doubt as to the subject of each shot. You can see the effort each performer is putting into their act.
