Making these images is good fun. Time consuming and tricky but good fun.

*edit - changed it to a link - sorry if it was too big.

WW - Firstly WOW this is a lovely lovely shot. But can I quickly say,
there has been much discussion recently about posting Pano's and the general consensus and also following the suggestions found in FAQ, that when you post a Pano you limit the shot to 800x on the widest side, and then provide a link (in any form you like) so a larger version that can be viewed by those that would like a closer look, or have the spare bandwidth (it took ages even on my 2mb connection).

But back to the shot, its gorgeous, how many shots was it, can you provide some general shooting info, which program did you use and how many shots is this ?

Lovely shot/s, well exposed.

If you're after a free pano stitching tool that won't "watermark" your image, I eagerly recommend hugin, though it's not for the faint of heart.

Sorry mate - Didnt mean to rock the boat. I thought the 500kb warning in the title would have been enough. I have changed it to a link, i cant be stuffed resizing it. Also it doesnt look as effective at the smaller size.

For people looking at the image - please be aware that it is 2000 pix across

Cheers
WW
