The subject says it all. The last 3 shots worthy of PP from the Hunter Vintage weekend earlier this month. Thanks to Geoff for pointing out the opportunity of #2 (and it was his 70-200 VR I was using).

Shouldn't it be, Flower, Bug, Book, Bridge ?

I like the flower and the bridge the best, the book for me doesn't work on the same level.

And to be technical, I think you may find, its actually follage, and not a flower you have photographed.

P.S. I just had a strange thought, that Stubbsy to the forum, is like Hagrid is to Hogwarts, any H.P. fans see the similarities ?

I love the shot of the grass-hopper reading the book  That's a classic... And I think the red bridge just poked me in the eye

Having had trouble getting past the first 15 minutes of the first movie I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing :?

Thanks Andrew for your comments. I kinda liked the grasshopper too (Craig go and stand in the corner for 15 minutes  )

Willy, Mark

Thanks for the comment. It's a great example of the subject matter over the quality of the capture IMHO

Can I come out of the corner yet ?

And Peter they were originally books, before they were movies, the written word in this case far surpasses the audio/visual mesh that is the movie.

(You reminded me of Hagrid, as he is the keep of Keys at Hogwarts, and your the Locker of Threads at DSLRusers :) )

I'll go back to my corner again now :)

Craig, You must stay in the corner an extra day now. I think my thread locking reputation is undeserved - a bit like people keep talking about Leigh unplugging the server.
