I was at Canberra's Skyfire show last night. First time I've tried to take photos of fireworks. Took lots of photos but these are the only ones I think are ok. Any thoughts?

I have some similar shots to post up too from this event. (soon) I think (like me) your apperture may have been a little high. Were you at F22? I think next time i shoot fireworks i will go down to about F18? Steve (Nikon D200/D700)

Ray, join the club mate as these are great for first time as i too was in this boat but yeh not good when ours only go for like 5 mins if that. Anyhow it is all practice and try dif settings but well done.
