As per your request, a quick clone (I had that in mind for the final product.

good work for your first wedding, i think wedding shots are very stressful a lot of responsibility and variables attached to that task i keep away from them

Posted: Mon Mar 06, 2006 7:58 amCraig, well done on what is probably the most stressful photographic assignment you could have. You don't get a second chance to re-shoot. Some great shots there and the 2nd version of number 1 is a beauty

Phillip - Well if I was selling them I'd sure have plenty of kid shots to sell, they just loved the attention
Wendell - I'm glad I wasn't being relied on for the shots, as they had the 'pro' there, but I still felt the pressure and urgency.. I'd say had I reacted or the zoom been half a second quicker on a number of occasions some truely excellent shots (atleast in my mind) would of resulted. During the ceremony you really have to be on your toes.

Shutterbug - Can I ask what actually looks dark in #3 and #4 ? It isn't the first time I've heard the comment, on my LCD the brightness seems fine, for their faces, or do you mean the background ? It was night in these shots and very dark, I think I tweak in PP the background to go even darker to bring the faces out more.
On the hand image, your right the focus isn't quite there, believe it or not, this was a candid, I didn't actually ask her to pose (I should of, but didn't think of it). I just saw her showing my wife the ring, and 'pulled the trigger'.

No worries, it was very dark as it was out in an unlit garden area, I'm glad I asked though, as I kept wondering why people though the faces where exposed ok. I appreciate the feedback as I'm a big fan of you wedding shots.
