Hi Tyrone,
I prefer your second shot to your first and I don't really find the stems too distracting. I like the third - a very narrow depth of field and good detail around the outside of the middle bit of the flower (I'm sure there's a name for it, is it stamen?) but I think you lose a bit of detail in the middle.
