dargan ... this is a wonderful shot... well exposed... great subject... and quite engaging. two thumbs up.
cheers http://www.markcrossphotography.com - A camera, glass, and some light.
Great shot Michael. The barely visible trees in the background really add to the spooky atmosphere. Very nice

Oh yes... I like this... Misty, dreamy, excellent atmosphere, well captured and tasteful PP... Getting a simple image is a surprisingly tricky, complex thing but it's worked well here...
Tempted to maybe crop the top slightly??? Aka Andrew
Very nice comp and B+W.
I can't help but wonder if only it was a touch sharper, but then I don't know if that would detract from the feel. Canon 20D and a bunch of lovely L glass and a 580EX. Benro tripod. Manfrotto monopod. Lowepro and Crumpler bags. And a pair of Sigma teleconverters, and some Kenko tubes. http://www.dionm.net/
I think sharpness might kill this image Dion. Its emotive - its simple - its great. Well done Dargen! Steve (Nikon D200/D700)

Hey, maybe I had better process the rest of them.

Nice simple and clean image.
Just add a gondala and a poleman wearing a heavy hooded cloak and it would round out the eerieness of that image. /M. - "There... I've said my bit !"

What a great image Dargan. There is a touch of 'Jackson Pollock' in your style

I think this is a great shot as well. I agree with what everyone else said... simple but very effective.
Cheers, Owen.
