Trying the 50mm F1.8 at Cottesloe beach - post sunset
Posted: Sun Mar 12, 2006 4:37 pmI had hoped to get to the beach a good hour before the sun set, but the universe conspired against me and I watched the sun setting from the car park, however as I had gone to the effort of driving there I thought I'd look at some of the sculpture anyway.
It also would have been good to get the *new* SB600 out but I forgot and just used the camera's flash for lighting with the 50mm .
Anyway, despite the poor conditions and little experience on my part, I am starting to be impressed with the lens. Anybody wanna buy some cheap kit zooms?
