Just a friendly reminder that Pixspot and the forums don't play nicely. Search and you'll find plenty of alternatives listed (smug smug, flickr, photobucket etc).

Are the tilted images more favoured by the drifting community? or is that just how you like them.
They're good well captured images but just wondering about the tiltedness

Nice pics Redline. One thing I've noticed about the drift scene is that hardly anyone drifts with a full car intact (ie. with front bar attached). I understand they need as much as as they can get for the FMIC esp on a hot day in Winton, but far out it just makes it look like farmyard bush bashing on a race track and using Japanese cars instead of utes and other traditional bushbashing vehicles.
Nothing wrong with your pics, just my observation of the drift scene here

yeah it was a practice session, i guess most ppl don't want their front bars to fly off as they drift so they remove them.

nothing on the standard of photos, but drifting pictures really do nothing for me. That and the cars are always ratty with dents and bits missing. Not the ideal photogenic subject. Option videos I could watch all day.
That all said you did a good job capturing the action, the R32 going bush and silvia shot are the most appealing due the feeling of movement. I would aim that way on the day of the event.

bit o bog and that R32 line should come up a pearler for resale. lol - jks
I liked these shots - and I think the battle worn beasts have more character than the sparkling show cars I'm too used to seeing lapping the city.
