Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature.
Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread.
Please also ensure that you have a meaningful location included in your profile. Please refer to the FAQ for details of what "meaningful" is.

I posted 4 shots of aircraft at sydney airport which I took around a year ago in another thread.
They were presented as is (full frame no pp) to show typical results with certain focal lengths. (in answer to the question of whether 210mm is enough lens) original thread here:

looking back at those images, I decided I quite like this one.
although I would probably crop the building out of the foreground and dick with levels etc
I took a number of shots that day which I didnt do anything with.
I was at arncliffe photographing birds and the wind shifted and they started using runway 25 for takeoffs and landings so got noisy.
These were taken at the end of spring st following the road right to the end of riverine park. which turns out to be a good spot for plane photography when the wind is right

i like this shot quite a bit....
personally i'd crop in a bit tighter.... and i think the wb might be a tad too cool?

I posted this shot in another thread with a few others in response to whether 210 mm was enough lens for aviation, so I posted a range of shots ranging from 80-400 from the same spot to compare aircraft size within the frame. It was at that stage that I decided that I quite liked the shot with the two 737s in it and the heat haze from the jet exhausts on the nose of the other aircraft.
This particular shot has no PP and is full frame to keep the demo on an even keel.
I actually printed one of these as a printer test and cropped it just above the building lower left and a closer to the tail of the taxiing aircraft and adjusted a few things in PP.

this shot and the others in the other thread were taken at riverine park arncliffe, which is a great spot for aviation photography when they are using rwy 07/25. In fact when they are using 07 for landing, about 20-30 secs after a jet lands you can feel/hear the wake turbulence come down around you. weird.
