Good appetite (Warning :Disturbing pictures )

Hi
On my Xmas , on the way from Pnonhpenh( Cambodia ) to Seamreap we stop to get some drink , I spotted a small market selling cooked ( and living ) spiders , cooked Cricket Or Grasshoper, Local people buy and eat them as snack food.I had to buy some in order I can take some pictures .Here are the pics

This is the cooked spider , the mobile phone only to compare the size of this spider.One US dollar for ten spiders ( cooked or living )

To be honest, they're very nice, crispy and superb snack.
Have you tried them? if not you'll regret.

They're lot better than the foods which we had while we were captured and confined in re-education camp. It's true!

We didn't get these in our supermarket in Australia. :lol: Pity!!!!!!

I agree with Birddog. These are great. We saw some at the market in Thailand and bought a variety of these. I tried it and was addicited. Some of them are not cheap by the way (for local prices).

To be honest , I've tried everything, including a Cobra 1.4m long with a bottle of Martel :oops:, But I have to try anyway.

I'll eat them if it can be disguised like candy. :shock: Cant dream of putting them in the food hole without throwing up. :oops:

I've eaten grasshopper when in Thailand and Vietnam. Quite yummy.

I must say that Vietnam has some of the best critter eatin' in the world.
