This is a very old image, taken when my camera had just 650 shutter actuations. I was trying to achieve an image that had the smoothness of the water contrasting with the jagged, sharpness of the three elements.

What do you think?

I missed this post - have been out a few nights this week.
I think you certainly achieved what you set out to, good contrast in textures, and I like the colours. Nice Pic.

Interesting photo. The colors seem oversaturated. I would tone it down a little and see how it looks.
