Please attend to this at your liesure. It's currently well over 300K in size, and I'm sure that some of our dial-up users don't appreciate this.

On the B&W treatment: I'd like to see thecontrast increased on this image. There are no hard blacks evident, nor are there any hard whites. This is suggestive that the cotrast is a tad too soft, and it's also how I'm seeing the image.
