Leigh
The second black & white is a brilliant perspective shot. The second and third colour ones are great detail shots (especially #2). I also quite liked the one below. You got way more shots than I did. I must have spent too much time talking.

Hi Leigh, really like the third. Is is an IR or some unusual B&W conversion? I noticed the full colour version on your site.

I love the B&W conversion, particularly in #3 & 4. Can I ask how you did the conversion?
Great, strong images in general.

Piss off.
I made the rule ages ago and it was 8 to 12 images.

The black and white conversion is done using
Virtual Photographer and one of my presets... the same one I used when I blacked the sky.

And I'm updating it to take ego trips out of the equation.
If there's a good reason that one needs to display this many images, fine.
But in future, the amended rules - which have nothing to do with file size, but everything to do with the reality of what this section should be about - should be respected.

Yes, 3 - 4 images are adequate to show off your takes, more than that, a link is suitable and recommended.

I'm completely against this rule and we're discussing at the moment.
I'm still likely to post a maximum of 10 images.
Likewise, I'm going to amend my suggestion to people of post images at a preferred 3-4 but a maximum of 8-10.

And as a point of clarification, 2 (or 3, or 4, or however many) different images, combined into the one file, remains two (or however many) different images.
My concerns here are very simple: too many images within the one post is simply too difficult to look at, assimilate, and provide a critique upon.
