#1 and #3 catch the essence of Newcastle, Nobbys and the Cathedral really define the "skyline" of Newcastle.

Love the colours in the first one.

The light post in #3, I find a bit distracting, but that's just me.

Looks like you guys had a good weekend going around Newie and the bay.

#1 is great - beautiful blue in the sky and an iconic Newcastle shot (looks a touch familiar somehow ) PS And I'm glad you put the apostrophe between the y and the s rather than say Nobbys)

You even use Nobbys on some of your photos

Sorry Andrew, didn't mean to go OT, just thought that Nobbys was spealt without the apostrophe, that's what I have predominantly found

Heard, Got & understood, you talked about it last Saturday evening before the dinner.

just thought that Nobbys was spealt without the apostrophe, that's what I have predominantly found

Yes we had some debate about that - some signs have the apostrophe, some don't, but a certained unnamed forum member kept mispronouncing it as Knobiss when the apostrophe was missing

A wonderfull time was had in Newcastle, even though Stubbsy thought I was bored out of my brain.

Just to note the Street was called Nobbys Street, whilst the photo I posted is of Nobby's Head
