Hi Michael,
I really like #2 and #3, they have a great mood to them and the treatment works well. #1 Doesn't do enough for me, I like the low perspective and the stones, but there isn't something to hold my attention, unlike the other two shots were I am drawn in and look around more.
agree with the comments about 2 and 3.

I find industrial/institutional decay an interstesting subject to photograph - it's sort of spooky, intriguing and depressing all at the same time. #2 has the strongest character - the collapsing roof, the old style incandescent outdoor lamp, and the zig zagging after-thought plumbing.
